discreet,friendly and seems clean enough,steam room dont feel very warm compared to others ive visited. all the rest is good though and weel worth a visit if you can,I always get action when i visit and i'm very choosey.

No attitude, makes such a difference from others I’ve been to. Clean and you get what it says on the tin. All types of guys there. Quiet late afternoon.

Needs improvement- The hot tub has only one set of working jets, lockers are inadequate- generally feels like 1980’s Visit a modern gay sauna and see where changes can be made
