Lovely geezers and wonderfully soft hands. 10/10 would recommend. Have got my whole firm going there for after work bonding if you know what I mean.

As an elderly gay man I have enjoyed visiting the boiler room sauna and since Civic the facilities have been updated.Older guys are not often catered for but this sauna is friendly and attracts a good age range of guys.The raunchy atmosphere is great and you can relax well.I'm glad that Brighton is close enough to reach easily.

sauna ,steam room and hot tub excellent. upstairs rest rooms very disappointing. only three rooms with doors on and none of the rest rooms have beds to lay down on with anyone . Gives the place a cheap and very tacky feel
